Advice on fighting a mummy
After having to flee from it the first time, we are headed back to put it down for good. We are making sure to bring a Master Necromancer, so apart from that what advice would people have for us on dealing with it?

Re: Advice on fighting a mummy
Assuming this is a garden variety mummy, religious dismissal will work, as will spells that destroy undead. Your master necromancer I'm sure will have it well in hand, as long as there are not too many. I've found that laying them low with enchanted weapons is possible, but inevitably they get back up unlike zombie variants. Hope this helps.

Have plenty of cure diseases with you.
Have a few priests to dismiss it, if the necromancer runs out of power.
Lessor mummies are scary, as in unnaturally scary. A firm resolve will help you get close enough to batter it down.
Yours kindly

Re: Advice on fighting a mummy
Thank you all for the advice so far. Hopefully this time it will not be in the company of a VERY powerful Necromancer so we will have a shot at taking it down.
Yours sincerely,
Oreous
