For the first meeting
Have knowledge of what Mission you intend to go on.
Have knowledge of which Battle you are going on (If this is available)
Have knowledge of what equipment you are bringing with you.
As Guild Enforcer I will be making an extensive list of who from the guild is present and what they are bringing to the fight. This is not to shame anyone, this is not to punish anyone. This is purely so i can see what our Guild has brought to aid the adventuring community.
For the second meeting.
Have knowledge of what equipment you have left.
Have knowledge of any that have fallen beside you in battle
Have a cup or horn full of drink.
I will be making another list of who, if any, from the guild have passed and we will honour them as fit.
I will also be taking a tally of what each person has left so that I can see what resources we have used. The Merc Pot will be being used to help those who have used what I judge to be a larger amount than most.
((OOC. The first meeting will occur immediately after time in. So please be ready for that. The 2nd will occur ideally about 30 minutes after the last battle, or whatever equivalent Steve throws at us, on Sunday. This is to give monsters time to change back and also time for people to get water, have a breather and cram some food in. This 2nd one may be subject to change. Essentially if you see me stand on a bench outside the kitchen/bar and start shouting my head off chances are a Merc Meeting is about to happen so follow me. Or i'm just really drunk 50/50.))
