An ode to a fallen hero

Post by paul_austin » 21 May 2019, 22:21

A true hero stands with a sword in his hand
For he knows the head of snakes will turn men to stone and sand.
A true hero stands with a friend in sight
For he knows between Griffin and Dragon who should win this fight.
A true hero stands with his love in his hand
For he knows that he is the luckiest man in the land.
A true hero stands with the fallen in sight
For he knows with friendship and wisdom they can see the light.
A true hero stands with a shield in his hand
For he knows he saves lives as he makes his last stand.

Sidney,

A fitting tribute to a fantastic man.

No words will ever be enough to describe Ben and everything he's done for his church and for Ithron, but this comes damn close.

Thank you.
