Please Mr Scathlock,

I truly understand your sentiment I just believe that the law will clarify the issue on this one but we must the process continue. At the same time I don't think a situation like this has been witnessed before and emotions run high.

It's now down to us to conduct ourselves in a manner expected from followers of the light. As whilst all this is taken place True herecy and anarchy will surely attempt to sow seeds of doubt and unruliness.

Guidon is a heretic safe haven, Axir is falling apart and the Konn is never ending. We are the defence Ithron needs and we need to do this united.

I urge everyone to save your outrage, your emotions and put in your shield arm to defend your peers, put it in your intellect to over come traps, riddles and petty arguments, Put in your gut so that when you think your out of energy to fight. YOU. GET. BACK. UP!

Stand strong and fast against the the forces prying into this land, don't get distracted by this.

Praise be to the Seven

Gwynfryn Sailbearer
Many thanks

Although at this point it may seem superfluous: I had absolutely nothing to do with allowing heretics into Hadsfield. I can assure you, had I been there, another dark primate would have rejoined the cycle that weekend.

I was found guilty solely for voting to aid a good man, serving his goddess the best way he knew how.

in Faith,
Primate Fletcher, I don't doubt your statement as quoted.
The fact remains that you did support an uncontestable Heretical action - as you state above, and as such were found guilty and punished accordingly with lashes and being branded on your face so everyone can see that you've been judged and aptly punished. The fact that you are not in Sin, have been ratified in your position, (before the above happened ?), by the Lord Longstor evidenced by your receiving his holy relic has no real bearing as far as the Kings law is concerned, at least that's how i view the matter.
In my opinion as far as the good of the Churches is concerned a branded Heretic should not hold the position of Primate, I would advise you & those also branded in your position, step down with as much grace as can be mustered as soon as possible, lest you cause further rifts & dissention amongst the faithfull.

Of course the above is just my opinion and may be ignored as you wish.

Also Gwyn, I'd like to also point out that whilst the Chief Justice has said that tlno punishment is to be given, this had not reached Fernham in time and whilst the wish of the Chief Justice is to be observed, unfortunately Collin has already had the brand and has already had the lashes and adventured as such. In Fernham once a judgement is given the punishment is delivered immediately.

The Chief Justice is charged by the Crown to ensure the law is carried out correctly. They have the power to overrule any conviction.

Dat not whut confoos Lowlife. maybe Lowlife got rong informashun.

Mista Primate Fletcha found innos...inocc. Mista Primate Fletcher found not gilty by da three judjes dat were at trial. But on same day pesun who not even dere tell dem dey are wrong wivvout bein at cort to hear evidens. For dere to be time for dis to happen is sound like Mista Primate Fletcha woz rite - Chief Justice had decided Mista Primate Fletcha woz gilty before he even get to trial.

But Lowlife may be rong. Hooman laws an da way hoomans choose to follow dem are very confoosin.

primate Colin Fletcher was found guilty of heresey by 2 votes to 1 by the Judges presiding Lowlife, he had the option to appeal to the Chief Justice to overrule that verdict but was either ignorant of this or choose to abide by the sentance. As both ex Primate Stephan and primate Doom were found guilty before primate Colins trial I feel the verdict was obvious.
