Shadow Knight

Post by garratt89 » 30 Jul 2019, 09:31

Can any one assist me? There is a Shadow Knight in Kernow, it was once a Griffin Knight. If anyone has destroyed one of these before, i would appreciate a letter.

I am afraid I have only dealt with undead griffins in their skeleton form, including an excommunicated head of order, but if there was anything that I learned about that was to research their past to see how the situation arose and to find out what may be that which keeps them from defeat.

This sounds like a job for the School of Necromancy. Try sending Master Rattle a pigeon at "NickofLirron" he is usually happy to help.

Hopefully this may help, found an entry in m beastiary that sounds fitting

Spectral Knight

Appearance & Mannerisms: The look of a Death Knight. Incorporeal until entering a fight. Have retained a sense of honour, often will duel an adventurer.
Armaments: Normally a sword, hand and a half or longer.
Method of Elimination: When it begins a duel, it becomes corporeal. Hit it as much as possible, enchanted weapons have NO effect. Once it’s armour is down…get a necromancer and some religious people
Other: May often have a number of spectral followers
Danger Level: High
Rarity: Very Rare

Thank you guild protector Fletch,
Any idea of its spell casting abilities? I am looking to brew mobility vials next month to protect the poor sod who will be fighting the thing.

Honestly not a clue. I wasn't the on too fight it. But a firm resolve and mobility would cover most things

Out of curiosity do we know when defeated does it vanish?

Just curious if known.

Thank you.
