Summerfest OOC Location?

I know I'm way early, but I run a PA / Lighting events business, and I already have a booking for the Saturday night of the August Bank Holiday.

I'd really like to attend most of Summerfest, but this is really only possible if it's within reasonable striking distance of West Yorkshire. Midlands is fine, London etc will make it unlikely.

Only seeking confirmation, as I don't want to turn down other work as it comes through if the location makes it impossible to attend.
