Summerfest 2019 forms
***Updated***
I am using a Google form for the first round of Summerfest forms this year. Payment and OOC details have been included onto the original form, please update your responses if you have already submitted the form. If you have not yet submitted a form you will need to do so as well as pay. I am trying to gather mission preferences and give people adequate time to plan their fest.
Where possible, I will keep to people's preferences, but if certain missions become over-subscribed they will close down. Mission refs and their co-refs will get given their first choices in order to make timetabling work. Please keep in mind that this is an experiment and very simply may not work at all.
No-one's forms are being processed until the 12th of June at the absolute earliest, so I encourage players to take their time choosing their missions. This is not being done on a first come, first served basis. One mission has been set aside for the House Charlecote group. If you wish to join this mission, please speak to Jimmy Townend, the Notts LO, before you assign that mission as a preference. If you are in House Charlecote, this should be your first mission preference please.
We are giving people the option to avoid monstering and turn a shift at the bar or as a designated driver instead. We will establish times and a rota for those duties at a later stage. Anything you fill in for monstering slots is a placeholder. These places will be limited because we cannot function without adequate monsters, so I am expecting only those people who would otherwise struggle to monster for whatever reason to choose this option. The bar slot will also involve washing up and related tasks, this is NOT simply sitting behind the bar.
Helper slots have not been listed yet as we are hoping they may not be needed if sufficient people sign up to do bar work instead of monstering. More news later...
Similarly, first aiders will be arranged later, and people on the first aid roster may also not be expected to monster.
Finally, the link and payment details.

Hi Steve,
No where is it mentioned what the dates for summer fest are. I get a sneaky suspicion I've booked my holiday over summer fest but could you confirm dates?
Thanks
Al

Thanks for doing this, I love this idea! Have filled it in already so when I change my mind in a few weeks the form is still open

Steve
I have looked at the list of missions and I have absolutely no preference whatsoever except I do not want the heavy combat one (Axir 1).
Would this be OK for your mission planning?

Re: Summerfest 2019 forms
Been looking as well, happy to try most but combat heavy isn't really for me.
Must admit the set up during Spring Fest was pretty perfect for me. As I'm not really able to do a player slot, then a monster slot in the same day I'll just zonk out so one or the other will have to be scrubbed as I sleep. But more then happy to do extra helper slots to balance this out.
Cheer.

Re: Summerfest 2019 forms
Just pick three at random for now. There will be a chance to say "no preference" later on.
Baronet Edgar Sommerholt-Wisty of Badger's Brook
Cook, brewer and alchemist
Parties catered on request, ask Sir Richard Charlecote for a reference

Done and done
The politics made me laugh as players would need to ensure they are good communicators with some old Deaf politician
