Leather & Chain advice

Post by doug6125 » 20 Oct 2019, 20:13

I currently wear a gambeson & chain (alu). Is it lighter/easier to wear leather & chain instead?

All depends on the item. E.g. leather over chain: how rigid is the leather, what's the coverage, how much does it restrict movement etc.

Real leather will not be easier than a gambeson. Or more comfortable.

But its all pretty light stuff you are talking about so cant see there being much difference phys rep dependant.
