Help with Open University project - research

Hi,
I'm currently resiting my final module towards completing a degree in computing and IT. The module is an IT project and I have decided it will be developing a hypothetical support system for a live-action role play society and part of this involves performing user research into what they would like it to do (functionality) and I would like help from you nice people.
