Loyalty cards for a cafe / bakery (gluten free goods)

Post by Sylvia » 10 Apr 2018, 13:00

Hello everyone, just wondering on peoples thoughts on this, I'm trying to get some information together about how many stamps should be put onto a few loyalty cards.

So how many stamps is too much? Too little? What would you expect from a bakery / cafe that deals with gluten free goods? Would you expect a coffee/ slice of cake? Or a discount on both?

Thank you all for the input :)

6-8, depending on the price of the items which you get a loyalty point for.

You want to make it so that even if every 7th coffee is free, you still make a profit on the previous six.

Equally you dont want to be giving a point away with a 50p cookie, and then giving away a free cake and icecream desert that costs more than £3.

We were thinking on limiting it to coffee only, but some people have expressed interest in a choice of coffee or cake, so it may be a mix of both as they cost pretty much the same in price.

But this is to just get what people would like to see from a loyalty stamp card. :)
